Carolina’s primary focus at 4xi will be delivering high-level project management services, centered on strategic execution and a steadfast commitment to quality. Her notable accomplishments include leading a US$2.5 billion internal communications project for the City of Dreams Casino Resort in Macau, showcasing her exceptional ability to navigate and execute complex, high-profile initiatives.
Fluent in both Spanish and English and with tertiary education from Canberra, Australia, Carolina brings exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.
Based in Santiago, Chile, she will spearhead our LATAM operations, enhancing our global team’s capacity to deliver outstanding project outcomes across the region.
